Vestar Capital Partners Europe is a wholly owned advisory affiliate of Vestar Capital Partners (“Vestar”), a leading global private equity firm.

For 20 years, Vestar has pursued a partnership approach to investing: The firm looks for talented management teams at successful companies, backs them with the capital they need to become owners, and supports their long-term plans for increasing the company’s value.

The results have been exceptional: More than 65 transactions completed, with consistently excellent returns and one of the lowest loss rates in our industry. In Europe some of the better known companies Vestar has partnered with are Cesare Fiorucci, FL Selenia, OGF Group, AZ Electronic Materials and SAB Wabco Group.

Vestar invests across a range of industries, and has deep experience in many types of transactions, from management-led buyouts to recapitalizations and family partnerships.

Established in 2000, Vestar Europe has its headquarters in Paris, with additional offices in Milan and Munich. Each office is staffed by local professionals who have significant experience in the growing European private equity market.

Partnering with Vestar provides portfolio companies with the local expertise and business relationships of a European firm, coupled with the extensive reach, industry experience and resources of Vestar’s global network. That network includes three offices in the United States—New York, Boston and Denver—and an affiliate in Asia, Vestar Japan Advisers, based in Tokyo.
